BRIGG TOWN  4  HOLME ROVERS   4   Brigg won 4-2 on penalties

Brigg Town took on Holme Rovers for the second time in a month and were looking to repeat their comfortable 4-0 that day. However they found the visitors a far different proposition this afternoon. Holme dwere ahead inside three minutes and they added a second midway through the half but Brigg rallied superbly and were level by the break after goals from Stuart Lonebone and Ryan Oates. The visitors regained the lead ten minutes into the second half but once again Brigg responded well and Chris Thornton made it 3-3 five minutes later. Ten minutes from time Holme went back in front and looked to have won the tie but two minutes from the end Longbone with his second made it 4-4. The penalty shoot out went the way of Brigg 4-2.
