Also due to be played last weekend was the game at Addison Road between Preston United and Molescroft Rangers B. In the first half Molescroft opened the scoring through their leading scorer Neil Lee but after losing a player who had to go to hospital with a knee injury they conceded an equaliser scored by Gareth Radford which saw Preston equalise. In the second half the home side took control and added further goals from Dave Traynor with a fine volley, Mike Wardell and Rich Gawthorn to run out 4-1 winners their second in a row.
