OVER 50`S DIVISION EAST

PRESTON UNITED  7  HORNSEA TOWN  0

Preston United and Hornsea Town played a six pointer at South Holderness with a close encounter on the cards. However their win at Bridlington Town Rovers last Sunday cost them a number of players through injury and others were unavailable. They competed well for the first twenty minutes until they lost a couple of players to more injuries and from then on it was an uphill battle. Preston took full advantage and scored seven times without reply to take the six points and as a result they have gone top of the table. Scorers for Preston were Davin Flemming 3, Chris Evans 2, Wayne Dixon and Andy Dimmack
