AFC WILLERBY C  3  BRIDLINGTON TOWN ROVERS B   1

It was third versus fourth at Wolfreton College as AFC Willerby C entertained Bridlington Town Rovers B in a vital game for both sides. The visitors started the better of the two teams and deservedly opened the scoring on fifteen minutes through Jamie Osbourne and they looked to be heading into half time in the lead but right on the break the home side equalised via Adam Newlove. An outstanding display by the Brid keeper kept the scores level until twenty minutes from time when Kev Fenton headed home form a corner to give Willerby the lead. Two minutes later they doubled their advantage through Nathan Nuttall to seal the points and move up to second place in the table.
