SWANLAND A  2   BOTTESFORD TOWN  2

A great game was on the cards as old rivals Swanland A and Bottesford Town met at West Leys Road and that is exactly as it turned out. Bottesford went 1-0 through Nath Watson and it got even better for them as Paul Grimes doubled their lead on the half hour. Swanland made a some positional changes which paid off as they pulled a goal back five minutes later through Joe Winn 1-2 at half time. Swanland drew level twenty minutes from time when Chris Spinks scored and then both sides had chances to win the game but a draw was deemed to be a fair result by these two fine sides.
