OAK ROAD RANGERS  1  GILBERDYKE PHOENIX  2

Oak Road Rangers switched their home game against Gilberdyke Phoenix to Bishop Burton but it was the visitors who went away with points after a narrow 2-1 win. Gilberdyke had the majority of possession in the first half but only had a Phil Escorio goal to show for their efforts. In the second half Oak closed down the space they had been giving in the first period and made life more difficult for them but despite that they doubled their lead when Luke Gooding smashed home a screamer for 2-0. Oak Road pulled a goal back with fifteen minutes to go through John Masson but despite pressure late on Phoenix held on for their second successive win.
