There was a local derby at Alderman Kneeshaw Park as Barham hosted near neighbours East Hull Sporting. The visitors opened the scoring through Barrie Duffill and added a second before half time John Mawer then played a through ball to Gary Allen, whose shot hit the post before rebounding off a defender and finding the net to make it 2-0. That’s how it stayed until half-time. East Hull continued their dominance after the break, with Gary Allen squaring the ball across for Ricky Pinder to finish with ease and make it 3-0. The game was put beyond doubt when another superb cross from Allen was slotted home by John Mawer to make it 4-0. Barham grabbed a late consolation goal but East Hull keep their 100% record intact.
