BLACKBURN LEISURE A  7  AFC WILLERBY B  3

Blackburn Leisure A who won the Division Two title two weeks ago entertained AFC Willerby B as they looked to try and do the double and they are on course to do just that after an impressive win. Willerby opened the scoring through Shaun Brennan but by half time Blackies were 2-1 up after Craig Cockin and Dan Lilley scored. Mike Hewitt with a great strike stretched the lead before the visitors reduced the arrears when Rich Guthrie netted for 3-2. Then both Cockin and Lilley each scored again followed by goals from Chris Neadley and Barrie Duffill made it 7-2 before Brennan got his second of the game when he scored the rebound after his penalty had been saved.
