Recap

This re-arranged game  originally scheduled for last Sunday between AAK S+S and North Ferriby Sporting was moved to Bishop Burton College to ensure it went ahead. AAK opened the scoring after only ten minutes and were the better side in the first and deservedly led at half time. What ever Ferriby Sporting said at the break obviously worked as they had much the better of the second period. Gareth Welbourne drew them level when he converted a cross and soon afterwards Mark Collinghead gave them the lead for the first time before Robbie Wood with a superb shot into the top corner from the edge of the box made the points safe for  Ferriby  as they moved within a point of the two sides immediately above them in the table.
