Recap

Waterloo took on newly promoted AFC North at St Mary`s College and they had a great chance to take an early lead from the penalty spot but it was missed. AFC North made them pay as they went in front when Adam Petty provided the pass for Gaz Wadforth to score and they led by this goal at the break.  It was 2-0 early in the second half as Wadforth turned provider for Daniel Drayton to slot home. Waterloo were then awarded their second penalty of the game and this time it was converted by Glen Caveney to make it 1-2 and it was game on. The visitors wrapped up the points when Drayton got his second of the game giving a final score of 3-1 and this means they top the table at this early stage of the season.
