AFC WILLERBY C  0  HESSLE RANGERS  5

AFC Willerby C hosted Hessle Rangers at Wolfreton College but suffered a bad afternoon at the office as defensive errors cost them dearly. It was 3-0 to the visitors inside the first twenty five minutes after goals from Anthony Liptrot, Andy Walker and Tom Dawes and they led by this score at half time. In the second half Hessle had their keeper sent off for handling the ball outside the area. Despite being down to ten men Hessle were able to contain a Willerby side who had lots of possession but no end product and late on they rubbed salt in the wounds with two further goals as both Liptrot and Walker got their second goals of the game to complete a 5-0 win. This result sees Hessle leapfrog Willerby into second place in the table.
