NORTHERN WANDERERS A  4   SOUTH CAVE  1

Northern Wanderers A had to move their home game against second placed South Cave to the Steve Prescott Centre after their home pitch was declared unfit and the move paid off as they upset the form book with a fine win. On a difficult pitch it was Northern who opened the scoring through Kev Hodgson but the lead did not last long as Cave equalised with a stunning strike from outside the box. Hodgson got his second to restore the lead before half time. In the second half it was Graeme Hoff who scored twice to round off an impressive 4-1 win for Northern.
