HOLME ROVERS  3  NORTH FERRIBY SPORTING 2

Holme Rovers hosted North Ferriby Sporting and that elusive first point still awaits for the visitors despite a much improved performance. Holme Rovers went 2-0 up before Ferriby reduced the arrears through Mark Collingwood before half time. Holme restored their two goal lead early in the second half but Oliver Burns made it 3-2 and only a series of fine saves by the Rovers keeper prevented Ferriby getting something from the game.
