BRIDLINGTON ROVERS  2  BOTANIC FIRE  1

Bridlington Rovers took on Botanic Fire at Gipsey Road in a double header as this was also a Division Four Cup Preliminary Round tie. The home side took an early lead through Josh Christlow after a good lay off from Dean Douthwaite and they led by this goal at the break. Botanic equalised from the penalty spot early in the second half and it remained 1-1 until the last minute of the game when Brid got the winner when Ben Gregory volleyed home from a corner to give them the points and a place in the cup quarter finals.
