KINGSWOOD UNITED   4   AFC WILLERBY A  4

Kingswood United and AFC Willerby A continued their unbeaten start to the season after an eight goal thriller produced a 4-4 draw. Kingswood took the lead after just five minutes and it wasn`t until twenty minutes that the visitors equalised with a 25 yard free kick from Michael Claxton. Ten minutes later Kingswood regained the lead and they doubled their advantage a few minutes later. Willerby halved the deficit a couple of minutes before half time when Scott Moody headed home for 3-2 but there was still time for Kingswood to regain their two goal lead as the first half ended 4-2. In the second half the first twenty minutes went by before the score changed when Willerby reduced the arrears through Dave Clement and they levelled things up on seventy five minutes. Both sides went looking for the winner but both keepers made some good saves to prevent any further goals. The home side were given a great opportunity to take all three points when they were awarded a penalty in added on time but Chris Broadley in the Willerby goal pulled off a fine save to keep the scores level. Kingaswood scorers were Mark Thompson, Danny Moon, Sam Ellerington and Sean Lyons.
