AFC WILLERBY A  7  HEDON RANGERS A 1

In a game which was tight for an hour AFC Willerby A eventually ran away with their home game against Hedon Rangers A at Wolfreton College. The home side went ahead on ten minutes when Michael Pecora scored and on the half hour he added a second from the penalty spot before Simon Matson halved the deficit also from the spot for a 2-1 half time score. It remained that way until Kain Edgar scored majestically from a couple of yards for 3-1 and the home side added four more in the last twenty minutes as Hedon`s resistance finally broke. Andy Stott grabbed a double with Adam Foster and Pecora completing his hat trick with the others. This win coupled with Kingburn losing sees Willerby go a point clear at the top of the table.
