WATERLOO  4  COTTINGHAM RANGERS  2

The game between Waterloo and Cottingham Rangers at Bishop Burton College finally got the go ahead after a late morning pitch inspection. Cottingham opened the scoring despite having had a player sin binned when Dave Robson glanced in a header at the far post and they led by this goal at the break. In the second half with Cott down to ten men Waterloo equalised and they soon built up a 4-1 lead after both Nathan Peat and Jamie Hardy both scored twice. As Cottingham tired they had keeper Stuart Taylor for keeping the score down as he made a series of fine saves and they had the last word when Lee Benham scored with a free kick from 25 yards into the top corner to make the final score 4-2.
