RECKITTS  2  GOOLE UNITED  1

Reckitts knew a win in their home game against bottom of the table Goole United would see them replace Liv Supplies at the top of the table and that is how it turned out. However the game was much closer than the form of the two teams going into the game would have suggested. Two Craig Palmer goals in the first half saw Reckitts leading 2-0 at half time with the prospect of more goals in the second forty five minutes but to their credit Goole kept battling away and they got the only goal of the half five minutes from time through Greg Daniels to make the final score 2-1.
