Recap

Swanfield opened their season with a home game against champions Liv Supplies missing several regulars. The visitors took the lead with a Kev Fenton header after 12 minutes and despite not playing too well they managed to extend the lead ten minutes from half time via Callum Dransfield and they led 2-0 at the break. Swanfield reduced the arrears on the hour and Liv had a few nervous moments before sealing the points in the last minute with a superb solo goal from Ebrima Ndow (Abe) who collected the inside his own half with Swanfield throwing players forward looking for an equaliser and flicked it over the covering defenders and raced away before slotting home.
