Recap

A hard fought game at South Holderness College saw Hedon Rangers A and St Peters share the points after a 1-1 draw. The visitors took the lead in the first half with an own goal which Shaun Brennan has claimed as his goal but Hedon had the majority of the chances but poor finishing let them down as they trailed 1-0 at half time. Hedon had much the better of the chances in the second half but they only had a Dave Beecroft goal to show for all their efforts which was enough to secure a point. Special mention for Ian Smith who had to end the game in goal for the last ten minutes after an injury to the keeper but he managed not to concede during that time.
