Recap

Cottingham Rangers got back to winning ways after two successive defeats when they beat Hedon Rangers A 4-0 at Hull University. Cottingham started well and were soon a goal up as Allan Tate volleyed home a Nick Foster pass from twenty five yards into the top corner. The second goal before half time came from even further out as Jason Robson smashed home a shot from thirty yards. Hedon began the second half well and only series of fine saves from stand in keeper Dave Robson kept them at bay. Cottingham wrapped up the points when Tate made it 3-0 after being found by Travis Burn before Sean Lyon finished well for the home sides fourth of the afternoon.
