Recap

AFC WILLERBY C  0  DRUM  3

The top two sides in Division Five met at Wolferton College as AFC Willerby C entertained leaders Drum in a huge game for both sides. As would be expected a tight game was likely and that was how the first half panned out as it was 0-0 at half time. Drum broke the deadlock ten minutes into the second period  with Kamil Stromsky taking advantage of an error in the Willerby defence. The home side had a great chance to level things up five minutes from time but they were unable to do so and it was a costly miss as Drum went down the other end and Craig Haywood doubled their lead and the put the cherry on the cake with a third in the last minute with Stromsky getting his second of the game.. Drum now have a seven point lead over Willerby.
