Recap

AAK S+S A entertained Gipsyville Bosun at their temporary new home ground at Sir Henry Cooper School on Orchard Park and they would have expected an easy three points against the bottom side. However it certainly did not turn out that way as they were given a huge fright by the rapidly improving Bosun side. The league leaders found themselves 3-0 down at one stage after goals for Bosun from Mike Fielder, Dom Cone and Danny Hughes before they launched a  superb second half comeback which saw them score the winning goal in the very last seconds to break the hearts of a gutted Bosun side. AAK got their first goal from the penalty spot which was put away by Rich Clubley after Gary Bartley was brought down, their second came from a Ray Turner volley. They had a great chance to level things up when they were awarded another penalty but this time Clubley was unable to convert it. It was one way traffic at this point as AAK piled on the pressure and the leveller did come as Clubley made amends for his penalty miss as he poked home from close range.  As the game moved into injury time the home side launched one last attack and as the ball broke to Bartley he squared it to Turner who slotted home for a dramatic winner.
