Plenty of goals at Bishop Burton College as North Ferriby Sporting hosted Hanson Electrical B. Ferriby started well putting pressure on Hanson who struggled at first with the pressing game but eventually they came into the game and they took the lead via a James Frederick header and they doubled their advantage when Kain Edgar scored. Just before half time there was a flurry of goals which saw the visitors go 4-0 up after Edgar got his second followed by one from Richard Porter. Ferriby reduced the arrears through Paul Gibson to leave the interval score 4-1 to Hanson. Ferriby who had no substitutes soon found themselves 6-1 down after Edgar completed a majestic hat trick and then Aaron Brown netted. The hosts pulled a goal back through Chris Newsham but Hanson added two more through Brown with his second and Kev Hodgson before James Healey rounded off the scoring with the home sides third of the afternoon making the final score 3-8.
